Malek Eljiche visited Atlanta in 1996 to see his friends after the Olympics. That’s where he met with Angy. They got married in 1997. Malek worked at several restaurants and hotels in Atlanta, like Pricci, Atlanta Fish Market, and Cucina Fresca.
He learned a lot about American hospitality. In 2002, Angy and Malek opened Bergamo Pizza and Pasta near their home. In 2006, They moved to Towne Lake and opened a Tuscany Italian Restaurant in 2010.
